What do I do if my freezer breaks down?
For Freezer repairs, call Kingloc 1800 653 986
Please note:
you will need the freezer serial number. This can be found on the ID plate attached to the freezer. During the phone call to Kingloc, you will be required to give information found on this ID plate, as well as basic store information (opening hours, contact details, address).
Do I need an account with you before I can order online?
No – any enquiry you send our way will be personally looked after by our sales people and you will become an account holder in no time.
What is the smallest Quantities I can order?
SEQ Ice Cream requires a 5 carton minimum for orders to be delivered. For further information please contact your sales representative.
Can I get a Freezer for my Outlet?
We can arrange a freezer for your site, to display our products. Please enquire with one of our sales representatives to see if you qualify.
